Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
